BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Response Coalition of KY, Greater Gardenside Association, Chenault Neighborhood Association, Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, Kenwick Neighborhood Association, Lansdowne-Merrick Neighborhood Association, One World Films, Autumn Ridge HOA, The Cottages of Liberty Woods NA, Inc., Eastland Parkway NA, Inc., The Danby Corners NA, Inc., Joyland NA, Inc., and Step by Step, Inc. for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Community Response Coalition of KY ($530.00), Greater Gardenside Association ($530.00), Chenault Neighborhood Association ($250.00), Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance ($500.00), Kenwick Neighborhood Association ($500.00), Lansdowne-Merrick Neighborhood Association ($350.00), One World Films ($350.00), Autumn Ridge HOA ($200.00), The Cottages of Liberty Woods NA, Inc., ($200.00), Eastland Parkway NA, Inc. ($200.00), The Danby Corners NA, Inc. ($200.00), Joyland NA, Inc. ($200.00), and Step by Step, Inc. ($280.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
