BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Consultant Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 22-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Clark Dietz, Inc., for engineering and landscape architecture services related to a proposed shared use path from the University of Kentucky to the Meadowthorpe neighborhood, at a cost not to exceed $149,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $149,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Clark Dietz, Inc., from accounts # 3160-160705-0001-71299 ($134,000.00) and 3160-160705-0001-82301 ($15,000), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
