BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Concessions Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the St. Martin’s Village Neighborhood Association, for the management and operation of the Whitney Young Park Center, located at 1033 St. Martin’s Ave., Lexington, Ky 40511, for a term of two (2) years.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed $6,000.00 in FY2026, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, be and hereby is approved for payment to the St. Martin’s Village Neighborhood Association, from account #1101-707606-75101.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
