Summary
Authorization of a contract extension of one year from today's date to the existing agreement with Hazen and Sawyer, PSC to continue program management of the Remedial Measure Plans (RMP) implementation as outlined in RFP #26-2010. The firm has been previously contracted to develop three Sanitary Sewer System Assessment Reports for submission to the Environmental Protection Agency and State Division of Water, three Remedial Measures Plans for submission to the Environmental Protection Agency and State Division of Water, and to provide program management assistance. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the amendment to the agreement with Hazen and Sawyer, P.S.C., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for program management relating to the implementation of the Remedial Measures Plans, extending the contract term for a period of one (1) year.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
