BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
2 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with ATS Construction, for the Mt. Tabor Road Multimodal Improvements Project, increasing the Contract price by $182,474.10 and increasing the total Contract price to $1,891,546.21.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $182,474.10, be and hereby is approved for payment to ATS Construction, from account # 3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
