BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Renewal Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and related documents, with Cintas, for the lease of automated external defibrillator (AED) units, for the Division of Water Quality, at an annual cost not to exceed $13,716.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $13,716.00 annually, is hereby authorized for payment to Cintas, from account # 4002-303401-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Agreement and related documents, and subject to the Budgeting of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
