BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Gases 101, LLC, in the amount of $65,832.00, for Handheld Chemical Detectors, for the Divisions of Fire and Emergency Services and Emergency Management/911, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $65,832.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gases 101, LLC, from account #3200-505201-96468 ($62,380.00) and account #1101-505702-75801 ($3,452.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
