BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington Children’s Museum d/b/a Explorium of Lexington, to extend the performance period through December 31, 2023, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any other agreements or amendments with Explorium of Lexington related to the use of these funds.
Section 2 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
