BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Consultant Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 40-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Champlin/Haupt Architects Inc. dba EOP Architects, for professional design services of the New Senior & Therapeutic Center, for the Department of General Services, at a cost not to exceed $736,133,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $736,133.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Champlin/Haupt Architects Inc. dba EOP Architects, from account # 1105-606102-71206, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
