BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Paul Laurence Dunbar Swim Team Boosters, Inc., Friends Of Lexington Senior Center Inc., The Fairways At Lakeside Community Association, Inc., Wyndham Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc., Tar Syndrome Association Limited Liability Company, Lexington Fisher House Foundation, Inc., Artistic Hands Shaping A New Society (AHSANS) Corporation, The Friends Of The Arts School, Inc., The Southland Association, Inc., Faulkner Morgan Archive Incorporated, Dunbar High School Cheerleaders, Inc., Joyland Neighborhood Association Incorporated, Kentucky State University National Alumni Association, Inc., Mobile Mission Experience, Inc., and Pralltown Neighborhood Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Paul Laurence Dunbar Swim Team Boosters, Inc. ($500.00); Friends Of Lexington Senior Center Inc. ($800.00); The Fairways At Lakeside Community Association, Inc. ($500.00); Wyndham Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. ($1,000.00); Tar Syndrome Association Limited Liability Company ($650.00); Lexington Fisher House Foundation, Inc. ($1,300.00); Artistic Hands Shaping A New Society (AHSANS) Corporation ($825.00); The Friends Of The Arts School, Inc. ($1,200.00); The Southland Association, Inc.
