BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the bids of JGB Enterprises, Inc., and Xylem Dewatering Solutions d/b/a Godwin Pumps, establishing price contracts for Pump Station Hose, Fittings & Motor Controller, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
