BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with North Pointe Neighborhood Homeowners Association, Inc., Belleau Wood Neighborhood Association, Inc., Ashwood Townhouses of Laredo, Lansdowne Neighborhood Association, Inc., Central Kentucky Radio Eye, Inc., Lansdowne Elementary School PTA, Inc., Oaks Condominiums of Lexington, Inc. and Friends of Wolf Run, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to North Pointe Neighborhood Homeowners Association, Inc. ($500.00), Belleau Wood Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), Ashwood Townhouses of Laredo ($500.00), Lansdowne Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), Central Kentucky Radio Eye, Inc. ($375.00), Lansdowne Elementary School PTA, Inc. ($500.00), Oaks Condominiums of Lexington, Inc. ($400.00) and Friends of Wolf Run, Inc. ($700.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
