This is a request to execute a Class B Infrastructure (Construction Only) Incentive Grant Award Agreement with the Living Arts and Science Center, Inc at a cost not to exceed $60,440 to perform a stormwater quality project at their main facility at 364 N. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding Class B Infrastructure (Construction Only) Grants for stormwater quality projects to the Living Arts and Science Center, Inc., the Community Montessori School, Inc. and the Board of Education of Fayette County, and awarding Class B Infrastructure (Feasibility) Incentive Grants to the Board of Education of Fayette County, and Lexmark International, Inc.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Living Arts and Science Center, Inc. ($60,440.00), the Community Montessori School, Inc., ($360,160.00), the Board of Education of Fayette County ($320,400.00), the Board of Education of Fayette County ($12,000.00), and Lexmark International, Inc. ($34,000.00), from account #4051-303204-78112, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
