Summary

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the responses of Raymond James & Associates and Hilliard Lyons, LLC, to RFP No. 02-2015 be and hereby are accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the respective Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Raymond James & Associates and Hilliard Lyons, LLC, to provide financial services related to the issuance of all Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government bonds for fiscal years 2016 through 2019, with each engagement to be awarded by the Department of Finance and fees to be paid as a percentage or cost of each respective bond issuance.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
