BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the memorandum of agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Kentucky Heritage Council and Kentucky Division of Emergency Management, for the historic study and impact mitigation for demolition of two properties (277 Lafayette Parkway and 283 Lafayette Parkway) that are part of a flood hazard mitigation project, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
