BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Arbor Youth Services, Inc. under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, to extend the performance period to December 31, 2026.
Section 2 - That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any other necessary amendments related to this Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
