BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 13-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for continued implementation of the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assurance Program required by the Consent Decree.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $600,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., from account # 4003-303410-3471-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement, and subject to these funds being included in the FY 2023 budget as adopted by the Urban County Council.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
