BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Paul Laurence Dunbar PTSA ($4,400.00), Repairers of the Breach, Inc. ($700.00), Fayette Co. Fatherhood Initiative, Inc. ($1,450.00), Squire’s Elementary PTA, Inc. ($500.00), and Meadowthorpe NA ($1,000.00),   for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to, from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
