BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 38-2024), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hazen and Sawyer PSC, for design and construction management services for the East Hickman Pump Station Expansion and Rehabilitation Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $312,341.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hazen and Sawyer PSC, from account # 3230-303408-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
