BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute standard form rental Contracts with the Board of Education of Fayette County for the use of park facilities for various school-related events through fiscal year 2027, so long as the Contracts are materially similar to the attached and otherwise approved by the Department of Law and the Division of Parks and Recreation, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
