BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Urban County Council be and hereby ratifies, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the Mayor’s previous execution of an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and which was entered into pursuant to her authority under KRS Chapters 39A and 39B, with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Community Based Services, to accept Grant funds for the Family Care Center, which grant funds are in the amount of $324,000.00 in federal funds to sustain child care providers for essential employees, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.

                     Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account ap-propriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant budget established for this Grant.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
