BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Repairers of the Breach, Inc. ($650.00), Dunbar Advisory Council, Inc., ($550.00), WGPL Neighborhood Association ($1,275.00), North Lexington Babe Ruth Baseball, Inc. ($500.00), Brucetown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00), Georgetown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00), and Community Relations Board at the Federal Prison ($450.00)for various community services, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Repairers of the Breach, Inc. ($650.00), Dunbar Advisory Council, Inc., ($550.00), WGPL Neighborhood Association ($1,275.00), North Lexington Babe Ruth Baseball, Inc. ($500.00), Brucetown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00), Georgetown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
