Summary
Authorization to abolish one (1) vacant classified position of Deputy Director Building Inspection (Grade 527E) create one (1) classified position of Permit Compliance Administrator (Grade 522E) in the Division of Building Inspection, effective upon passage by Council. Upon the request of the div., and in accordance with Section 21-2 (d) of the Code of Ordinances, the Division of Human Resources conducted a classification study on the requested position. As a result, a recommendation for their requested position is described in this action. This has a 12-month future impact of a savings of $20,064.18. Funds are Budgeted. (L27-16) (Maxwell/Hamilton)
