BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a five-year Renewal Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Gray Television Licensee, LLC d/b/a WKYT, for a radio tower lease for the public safety radio system.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,069.08 for FY26, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gray Television Licensee, LLC, from account 1101-505602-71303, pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Agreement, with increases of 2.4% annually thereafter, subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
