BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Highlands Neighborhood Association, Hill N Dale Neighborhood Association, and Arts Connect, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Highlands Neighborhood Association ($500.00), Hill N Dale Neighborhood Association ($500.00), and Arts Connect, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
