BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Adapt Pharma be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of nasal Narcan for the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) FY 2022 Congressional Directive Spending Projects Award for the Barrier-Free Re-Entry and Recovery Initiative for the Department of Social Services, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Adapt Pharma related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $171,570.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Adapt Pharma, from account #3190-606105-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
