BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Rising Sun Developing, Inc., in the amount of $4,242,845.00, for Construction of New Police East Sector Roll Call, for the Department of General Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and further authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Rising Sun Developing, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,242,845.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rising Sun Development, Inc., from account #2612-505501-90511, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
