      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Faye Clark, Accountant, Grade 516E, $1,537.50 biweekly in the Division of Accounting, effective upon passage of Council.
 
William Hammond, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 510N, $14.075 hourly in the Division of Revenue, effective upon passage of Council.
 
Jordan Criswell, Engineering Technician, Grade 514N, $16.870 hourly in the Division of Engineering, effective upon passage of Council.
 
Elizabeth Sebren, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 510N, $17.00 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective June 22, 2015.
 
Matthew Hafley, Maintenance Mechanic, Grade 515N, $17.713 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
 
Shawn Ahlgren, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $16.066 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

Reid Becker, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $13.388 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective upon passage of Council.
 
      Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
      Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments:
Jorgena Chumley, Citizens Advocate P/T, Grade 518E, $1,000.00 biweekly in the Urban County Council, effective June 1, 2015.
 
Antonio Lyvers, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $12.129 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
 
      Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 3 may begin employment.
Section 5 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Community Corrections Officer appointments:
John-Hayden Allen, Corrections Officer, Grade 110N, $14.729 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective June 1, 2015.
 
Daniel Booher, Corrections Officer, Grade 110N, $14.729 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective June 1, 2015.
 
Nicole Wells, Corrections Officer, Grade 110N, $14.729 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective June 1, 2015.
 
Dow Cline, Corrections Officer, Grade 110N, $14.729 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective June 8, 2015.
