BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year Master Lease Agreement and Addendum, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and any other necessary related documents, with VAR Resources, Inc., for the lease of new and upgraded equipment for laptop computers and other computing devices across the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government utilizing the CDW-G contract from the National Joint Powers Alliance Cooperative, at a FY2014 cost estimated not to exceed $1,669.60, with future fiscal years as budgeted.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $1,669.60 (FY2014), be and hereby is approved for payment to VAR Resources, Inc., from account #1101-202502-75801, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
