Authorizing to execute a Community Partner Organization Contract for Community Service Work-Study with Stanford University to formalize the Agreement between the Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford University for the placement of one student eligible to participate in the federally funded Community Service Work-Study Program for the period between July 1, 2026, through September 15, 2026. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stanford University, and any other documents necessary, for placement of a student with the Division of Parks and Recreation, as part of a Community Service Work Study Program, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
