BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Engineering is authorized to purchase construction phase support for Town Branch Improvement Project from Strand Associates Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Strand Associates Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $100,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates Inc., from the following accounts in the following amounts: #2613-303202-91715 ($17,192.58). #1105-303202-91715 ($82,807.42).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
