BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of E 911 is authorized to access iconectiv’s database of phone numbers and corresponding carriers, iconective LLC., is a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with iconective LLC., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $6,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to iconective LLC., $5,700.00 from account #4205-505602-77802 and $300.00 from account #4204-505602-77802.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
