BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line numbers 085.005 and 085.017 in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
080.005 1 350 533E Deputy CIO
Section 3 - That the following subsection line number be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
080.020 2 113 526E Administrative Officer Sr.
Section 4 -That the incumbent, Chad Cottle, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Enterprise Solutions to the Department of Information Technology at his current job class, pay grade and title.
Section 5 - That the incumbent, Cynthia Schuster, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Enterprise Solutions to the Department of Information Technology at her current job class, pay grade and title.
Section 6 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
