1.                     Recommending appointments to the Douglass Park Centennial Commission of the following members, all with terms expiring December 31, 2016:  Council Member Shevawn Akers, Council Member James Brown,  Ms. Monica Conrad, Ms. Rachel Childress, Ms. Angela Hampton, Mr. Michael Haskins, Ms. Sasha Higgins, Mr. Keith Jones, Mr. Henry Kenion, Mr. Brian Maynard, Ms. Melissa Murphy, Mr. Willis Polk, Mr. Malcolm Ratchford, Mr. Brian Rogers, Ms. Shelia Simpson, Ms. Veda Stewart , Mr. Reggie Thomas, Mr. Adrian Wallace, Mr. Jonathan Washington, and Ms. Rolanda Woolfolk.

2.                     Recommending the appointments of Ms. Paula Hanson and Ms. Danette Wilder to the Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors, with terms expiring February 4, 2020.

3.                     Recommending the appointment of Mr. John Hackworth as Historic Preservation Representative, Non-Voting, to the Greenspace Commission, with term expiring February 4, 2020.

4.                     Recommending the appointment of Ms. Leslie Beatty as Neighborhood Representative to the Historic Preservation Commission, with term expiring June 30, 2017.

5.                     Recommending the reappointments of Mr. James Dickinson, Mr. Vibert Forsythe, Ms. Brenda Mannino, and the appointments of Mr. Joshua Mers, Ms. Melanie Tyner-Wilson, and Ms. Cristina Violet, to the Human Rights Commission with terms expiring February 4, 2020.

6.                     Recommending the appointment of Mr. Larry Leach, At-Large Representative, and the reappointments of Mr. Jesse Robbins, At-Large Representative, and Ms. Jean Watts, At-Large Representative, to the Infrastructure Hearing Board, with terms expiring February 4, 2017, February 4, 2019 and February 4, 2016 respectively.

7.                     Recommending the reappointment of Mr. Daniel King as Council Recommended Audit Professional to the Internal Audit Board, with term expiring February 4, 2020.

8.                     Recommending the appointments of Mr. Malcom Ferguson, as Code Enforcement Representative, and Ms. Susan Plueger, as Environmental Quality Representative, and the reappointments of Ms. Louise Caldwell-Edmonds, as At Large Representative, and Ms. Amy Sohner, as Bluegrass Pride Representative,   to the Keep Lexington Beautiful Commission with terms expiring February 1, 2018, February 4, 2020, February 4, 2020 and February 4, 2020 respectively. Mr. Ferguson will fill the unexpired term of Mr. Thad Scott.

9.                     Recommending the appointment correction of Ms. Theona Simbrat to the Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, with term expiring January 14, 2020.

10.                     Recommending the appointments of Ms. Catrena Bowman and Mr. Salvador Sanchez to the Neighborhood Action Match Program Review Board, with terms expiring December 31, 2016.

11.                     Recommending the appointment of Mr. Harry Clarke to the Water Quality Fees Appeals Board, with term expiring February 4, 2020.
