BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NAMI Lexington, Bluegrass Council of Boy Scouts of America, Inc., Lexington Court Townhomes Association, Inc., Lexington Housing for the Handicapped, Inc., Lexington Leadership Foundation and Bluegrass Aspendale Teen Center, Inc. for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to NAMI Lexington ($500.00), Bluegrass Council of Boy Scouts of America, Inc. ($1,050.00), Lexington Court Townhomes Association, Inc. ($325.00), Lexington Housing for the Handicapped, Inc. ($250.00), Lexington Leadership Foundation ($3,400.00) and Bluegrass Aspendale Teen Center, Inc. ($350.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
