BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with African American Forum, Inc., The Southland Association, Inc., Lyric Theatre And Cultural Arts Center Corporation, Tates Creek Baseball Booster Club, Inc., and Community Inspired Lexington Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to African American Forum, Inc. ($6,419.94); The Southland Association, Inc. ($2,000.00); Lyric Theatre And Cultural Arts Center Corporation ($3,500.00); Tates Creek Baseball Booster Club, Inc. ($3,499.95); and Community Inspired Lexington Inc. ($2,324.88), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
