BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and any other documents necessary and to accept deeds for the properties located at 1322 and 1400 Bryan Avenue and to accept temporary construction and permanent drainage easements on the properties located at 1027 and 1031 Oak Hill Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $210,000.00, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, be and hereby is approved for payment to the owners of the named properties from account #3120-303202-3211-91713.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
