BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management/911 be and hereby is authorized to obtain support services for its Emergency Notification System from Dialogic Communications Corp (DCC) d.b.a. Cassidian Communications, a sole source provider.
      Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to sign any necessary agreement or other documents related to obtaining these services.
      Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $36,551.20, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dialogic Communications Corp (DCC) d.b.a. Cassidian Communications, from account #4204-505602-76102, for the above services.
      Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
