BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Smith Contractors, Inc. for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Vactor Truck Unloading Station project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $81,998.00 from $310,000.00 to $391,998.00 and extending the contract term from July 31, 2014 through September 30, 2014.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $81,998.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Smith Contractors, Inc., from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
