BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That pursuant to KRS 67.720 and Section 22-55.1 of the Code of Ordinances, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the bond with surety of John S. Roberts, County Judge/Executive, in the amount of $10,000.00, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted and approved.
Section 2 - That the Division of Risk Management be and hereby is directed to record the bond with surety, along with a certified copy of this Resolution, in the office of the Fayette County Clerk.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
