BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of M3 Technology Group, Inc. d/b/a Multi-Media Masters, Inc., in the amount of $403,971.80, for the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC) Audiovisual Systems, for the Department of Public Safety, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with M3 Technology Group, Inc. d/b/a Multi-Media Masters, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $403,971.80, be and hereby is approved for payment to M3 Technology Group, Inc. d/b/a Multi-Media Masters, Inc., from account #3200-505201-95805 ($372,177.20)(pending Budget amendments), 4002-160302-91017 ($18,975.00), account #2606-505001-91017 ($9,225.08), and account 4051-160302-91017 ($3,594.00) pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
