BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
330.033 1 690 516N Safety Coordinator
Section 2 - That the incumbent, Leon Byram, be and hereby is reallocated from, Grade 514N to Grade 516N, at $25.282 hourly.
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0059, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
