BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Tamara Walters, Human Resources Manager Sr., Grade 121E, $2,744.96 bi weekly, in the Division of Human Resources, effective January 30, 2012.
Kenneth Kelley, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 111N, $19.185 hourly, in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective January 16, 2012.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Sherman Cook, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, in the Division of Waste Management, effective February 7, 2012.
Stephanie Hong, Director Youth Services, Grade 120E, in the Division of Youth Services, effective January 19, 2012.
Joanna Rodes, Director Family Services, Grade 120E, in the Division of Family Services, effective January 19, 2012.
Section 3 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
Albert Johnson, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.588 hourly, in the Division of Police, effective February 20, 2012.
Timothy Bowman, Community Corrections Lieutenant, Grade 114E, $1,947.84 bi weekly, in the Division of Community Corrections, effective January 30, 2012.
Section 4 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
