BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order #1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to Contract # 29-2023 with Woolridge Construction Group for additional labor and machinery to remove the barge at Kelley’s Landing, 8949 Old Richmond Road, in the increased amount of $20,784.35 for the new Contract total of $165,369.35.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $20,784.35, be and hereby is approved for payment to Woolridge Construction Group, from account # 1105-707602-90319, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
