BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the bid of Knight Electric, Inc.,  in the amount of $222,270.00, for the Kirklevington Park Pickleball Sports Lighting, for the Department of Housing Advocacy and Community Development, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and the Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Knight Electric, Inc., related to the bid.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $222,270.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Knight Electric, Inc., from account #3120-707602-90321, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
