BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to an Agreement, the final form of which shall be subject to approval by the Mayor or her designee and the Department of Law, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas Counties, Inc., to increase the total Contract cost by $55,500.00, and extend the Agreement’s original term to December 31, 2023, with automatic renewal for one (1) year.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $55,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas Counties, Inc., from account #1101-606101-71299.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
