BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Les McCann School for the Arts c/o LexArts, Inc. ($1,400.00), Alzheimer's Association Greater KY & Southern IN Chapter, Young Marines Captain Reginald Underwood Unit, Inc., Bluegrass Council of Boy Scouts of America, Inc., American Red Cross-Bluegrass Chapter, Repairers of the Breach, Inc., dba Repairers Lexington, Kenwick Neighborhood Association, Lakeshore Village Home Owners Association, The Bluegrass Trust for Historic Preservation, Transylvania Park Neighborhood Association, Art in Motion, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Les McCann School for the Arts c/o LexArts, Inc. ($1,400.00), Alzheimer's Association Greater KY & Southern IN Chapter ($1,275.00), Young Marines Captain Reginald Underwood Unit, Inc. ($625.00), Bluegrass Council of Boy Scouts of America, Inc. Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
