BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Grant award Agreements related to Grants awarded under the Lex Grow Trees Grant Program, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Andover Forest Homeowners Association, Inc.; Beaver Creek Hydrology; Crawford Middle School PTA; Headley Green Homeowners Association, Inc.; Trees Lexington!, Inc.; and the University of Kentucky Research Foundation (Arboretum) for the Division of Environmental Services.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Andover Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. ($100,000.00); Beaver Creek Hydrology ($80,000.00); Crawford Middle School PTA ($9,855.78); Headley Green Homeowners Association, Inc. ($25,052.00); Trees Lexington!, Inc. ($91,943.50); and the University of Kentucky Research Foundation (Arboretum) ($86,134.00) from account #1105-313201-78112, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
