BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Purchase of Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Economic Development Partner Agencies, including Kable Academy Learning LLC d/b/a Kable Academy, Child Care Council of Kentucky, Inc., Home Builders Association of Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Building Institute of Central Kentucky, Liminal Consulting LLC, Stable Recovery, Inc., Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc., Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc., and IEC of the Bluegrass, Inc., to provide training and workforce development services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the total sum of $400,000.00, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Kable Academy Learning LLC d/b/a Kable Academy ($50,000.00); Child Care Council of Kentucky, Inc. ($50,000.00); Home Builders Association of Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Building Institute of Central Kentucky ($50,000.00); Liminal Consulting LLC ($50,000.00); Stable Recovery, Inc. ($50,000.00); Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. ($50,000.00); Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc. ($50,000.00); and IEC of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($50,000.00), all from account #1144-136102-78103, subject to the terms of the respective Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
