BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Paula Williams, Human Resources Manager, Grade 119E, $2,500.88 bi weekly, in the Division of Human Resources, effective April 8, 2013.
Melissa Polley, Information Systems Specialist Sr., Grade 114E, $1,740.96 bi weekly, in the Division of Police, effective April 15, 2013.
Edmon Chaney, Parks and Recreation Maintenance Superintendent, Grade 119E, $3,150.72, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective April 22, 2013.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Roger Wright, Attorney Sr., Grade 121E, in the Department of Law, effective March 17, 2013.
Garrett Harper, Computer Analyst, Grade 115E, in the Division of Computer Services, effective April 8, 2013.
Section 3 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
Nathaniel Muller, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.588 hourly, in the Division of Police, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 4 - That the following Council leave hereby is approved:
Barry Privett, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, in the Division of Police, ninety day Council Leave, effective April 9, 2013.
Donald Langfels, Equipment Operator Sr. Grade 109N, in the Division of Waste Management, ninety day Council Leave, effective April 15, 2013.
Section 5 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
Katelyn Kearns, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 108N, $11.946 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective April 22, 2013.
Section 6 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
